Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.
  • Gift cards and downloadable software.

The Return Process

To start a return, please email us at contact@mercadomorel.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and the specific shipping instructions for your item.

  • Official Business Address: Our registered office is located at 418 Broadway #5769 Albany, NY 12207. Please note that this is a corporate mailing address and cannot accept physical product returns or walk-in customers.
  • Shipping Your Return: All physical returns must be mailed to our Operations & Fulfillment Center. The exact address will be provided in your Return Authorization email to ensure your package is routed to the correct department for inspection.

Important Note: Packages sent to our Business Office address without prior authorization may be delayed or rejected, as that location does not house our physical inventory or inspection team.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider first, then reach out to us at contact@mercadomorel.com.

Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective Items: If an item is defective or damaged, we will provide a prepaid return label and a full exchange or refund at no cost to you.
